Trailer Parking:
Park your trailer worry-free with 24/7 surveillance ensuring a convenient space for all of your equestrian transportation needs.
Trailer parking price- $220/month per trailer
Horse training:
Enhance your horse's skills with our expert horse training, or opt for exercise riding tailored to their needs. For focused ground work, choose our lunging or round pen services.
Price per session:
Horse training- $125
Exercise riding- $95
Lunging/ round pen- $95
Turn out- $80

$110 includes Main and Tail Shampoo and conditioner.
Handling for farrier or vet:
$50 for the first hour and $20 per 15 minutes after the first Hour.
Blanketing:$20 dollars per blanketing or $300 per month.
Flymask:
$10 per masking or $150 per month
Grooming:$65 per Grooming

All horses to be fed alfalfa flakes unless otherwise specified by owner or veterinarian
Horses that are fed exclusively grass hay - Add $95
1 additional flake, Alfalfa, Daily - Add $95
2 additional flakes, Alfalfa, Daily - Add $140
1 additional flake, Grass, Daily - Add $125
2 additional flakes, Grass, Daily - Add $165
Daily graining with pre-bagged grain provided by owner - Add $185

1. Ocean View Stables and all trails on the premises open at sunrise and close at sunset.
2. Ride only on designated trails, in the arena, the round pen or designated multi-use areas.
3. Do not leave your horse unattended at any time other than when stabled.
4. When riding in the arena, be sure to follow all rules of etiquette. Do not gallop in arena when other riders are present. Do not ride above the level of the least experienced person.
5. When a riding lesson is in session, give the instructor room to conduct the lesson. Do not interrupt the lesson.
6. Do not bring in an outside trainer without permission from STABLES manager.
7. Do not take buckets of feed or treats into pastures with other horses. This is a dangerous practice. Feed treats to your horse outside of the pasture or in the barn area.
8. Do not leave halters on horses in pastures or stalls.
9. Do not leave you halter(s) on the fences.
10. Keep all gates locked.
11. Always lock your tack room.
12. Report any concerns about security, horse health or injury to STABLES manager immediately.
13. Do not tie your horse to fences or gates. Use the rails to tether your horse.
14. Be aware of public surroundings. Park visitors are not usually horse people and can place themselves in a dangerous situation without knowing it. You are responsible for any accident or injury to any person or animal caused by you or your horse.
15. Do not allow park visitors to ride your horse at any time.
16. Always clean up after your horse.
17. Follow all park rules at all times.
18. Your dog must be on a leash until you’ve arrived at the beach.
19. Park in the designate parking areas. Do not drive on facility unless you got permission from STABLES manager.
20. Keep tack areas and break room clean.
21. Clean up after your farrier
22. Do not feed or handle other boarder’s horse without their express permission and written notification to STABLES manager.
23. All your guests must fill out a waiver.
