A home for your horse on the coast
Indoor stalls, a Metal Barn, Horse Alley spaces and a shared paddock at a working barn on the bluffs of Daly City, fifteen minutes from downtown San Francisco. Boarding is for students in our lesson program: every boarder takes at least one Leyden Horsemanship lesson a month. Monthly board: shared paddock $950, Metal Barn 12x12 or Horse Alley 12x36 $1,050, 12x12 indoor stall $1,150, 12x18 indoor stall $1,350, each with daily cleaning, alfalfa cubes twice a day and use of the facility and trails.

Horse Alley 12x36
A 12x36 space right outside the barn, 4 available. Daily cleaning, alfalfa cubes fed twice a day, and use of the facility and trails.

Training programs run in 30-day blocks, five training days a week, with sessions for the owner included.

What comes with boarding
Daily care
Stalls and paddocks are mucked once a day and horses get alfalfa cubes twice a day, at a working barn where the care of our own herd goes on every day.
Arena and round pen
Both are part of the facility boarders use. Lessons have first right to the arenas and round pens. Boarders may ride alongside a lesson, at the level of the least experienced rider in it.
Trails
Use of the trails comes with every option. Ask on your tour about the ride down to the beach, which depends on the tide.
Lessons on site
Leyden Horsemanship teaches here, so lessons for you happen a short walk from the stall.
The house rules
New boarders pay the first and last month's board at move-in. Board covers the stall or paddock, mucking once a day, alfalfa cubes twice a day and use of the facility, and any other staff service is an add-on. No outside trainers, and boarders may not lease their horse out or give lessons to outside guests.
