You also release and hold harmless Ocean View Stables LLC from any claims, including but not limited to, defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement related to the use of such media., you grant us the right to record and use photos, videos, or other digital recordings of you (and any minor dependents you enroll), for marketing, documentation, and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing and receive written acknowledgment.
