Perched at the edge of our coastal property, these mobile art studios invite you to stay a while by the sea and let the ocean set the pace. Each one looks out over the Pacific, offering a calm, salt-air retreat to rehearse, sketch, journal, reflect on your horsemanship journey, or simply let the tide pull you back into your creative flow.
Thoughtfully outfitted for a longer stay by the water, a restful place to sleep, a private bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, each studio is made for lingering: waking to the sound of the surf, working through golden hour, and staying on into the quiet of a starlit shore.

Every studio has its own layout to suit the way you work. Four are designed for shared, collaborative work and comfortably hold up to five artists (or up to eight when the moment calls for it). The remaining six are made for more intimate sessions and solo retreats by the water, welcoming up to four.
